For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In the Trendic case Parks was president and he wanted Trendic removed from board. If I recall correctly, Douty said Parks had Bailey fire him because Douty, then HR director, did not deliver the goods to remove Trendic. Perhaps Douty will chime in or look at his past posts. |
