If an offer of employment was rescinded, that means it was tendered in the first place. That means the aquatics director offered her the job. On what basis do you think she later rescinded the job offer? Md is an ‘at will’ state but someone had a reason. By all accounts, Viola was pleased with Peck’s performance on the board.
Yet their names are on the HR paperwork. Hmm. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I find it interesting that many here worship John Viola as the second coming but in this instance, imply he's merely a puppet. I believe the board had nothing to do with this. |
