To clarify, the job offer was rescinded by HR stating "Ocean Pines' rescinded the job offer...not aquatics. Furthermore, on multiple occasions John Viola told me (and my husband) that my boss sung my praises. This is pure and simple ugly politics coming from this Board majority. It's sad.
I will be asking if my many hours of volunteer service within OP is also off limits. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If an offer of employment was rescinded, that means it was tendered in the first place. That means the aquatics director offered her the job. On what basis do you think she later rescinded the job offer? Md is an ‘at will’ state but someone had a reason. By all accounts, Viola was pleased with Peck’s performance on the board. Yet their names are on the HR paperwork. Hmm. |
