My original statement stands. SCOTUS left a mess that Congress lacks the will to fix.
SCOTUS determined the unconstitutionality of a mess created by government bureaucrats pushing the law beyond the law as written by Congress. What work do you do and for whom? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I spend around 60 hours a week with this stuff. The work I do has been used for more than 100k wetland determinations submitted to the USACE for pre construction permitting in the last few years. Our customers are some of the largest engineering firms in the US along with federal and state agencies. My original statement stands. SCOTUS left a mess that Congress lacks the will to fix. |
