Well, there is not a great deal of ”wetlands” discussion at that gov link. Are you working in some federal or state certified engineer capacity?
I just take issue with your unwarranted criticism of the Supreme Court. If Congress wanted to protect every piece of land such as that in the involved case, it should have written the law to do so. Unfortunately, Congress writes laws and then allows bureaucrats to greatly expand the initial intent of the law, usually in a manner that Congress knew a straight forward truthful enactment would be objectionable to constituents. Thank goodness for a Supreme Court that tries to rule on what Congress writes, not what bureaucrats with an agenda seek. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: it just means Architecture, Engineering, and Construction. Sustainability isn’t AEC. It can be if that’s what your firm is focused on. A better reference would have been. |
