You have asked me a question I cannot answer. As to last year's election, the problems that arose came after the vote was announced and certified which in retrospect probably goes well beyond hic-up, kerfuffle and the like. With some planning we might be able to avoid that problem this year. We have a chance to learn from past errors.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I mentioned concerns of minority board members. That said, the “board” acts as an entity. Finally, in the grand scheme of things is a hic-up more or less severe than a kerfuffle, boo-boo, oopsie or a do-over? Well, I cannot say, but how would one classify what happened last year when valid votes were not even counted, and counting them could have changed the outcome and produced a different board majority and likely a different set of board officers this year?
