To my knowledge, name of owner has never been on envelopes. Why now?
That said, seems no big deal if ballots are separated from envelopes so they can never be associated with the envelope again. Of course, we have absolutely no idea what the people in Washington State will do or not do. The reality is, OPA has lost control and we must accept whatever result is given from the contractor. We must ASSUME they count correctly. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Do you know someone in Washington? The ballots are taken out of the envelopes to be counting. I assume your name is there as wells as our name was on ours for return only |
