I would like to respond to this as the election committee liaison.

What screw up are you referring?  Ballots have and are being received by our residents, the ballot box in the PD is secure just like ever other year if residents wish to drop them off. As far as names on the return envelope that is to show your ballot was received back by ET. Nothing on the ballot that you received  refers to your name and / or how you voted. You interpretation of events is inaccurate. 

The election committee has worked very hard on this election process and should be recognized for volunteering on this difficult task. As you know, any new process has minor hiccups; this is no more no less than and will be worked out. 

i am sure the election committee would appreciate your support during this time of transition.
