Secret ballot means they should not be able to identify my ballot... including my envelope. Are certain homeowners envelopes going to go missing? Be marked late?
More paranoia. ALSO, there is no requirement for a secret ballot in the governing documents. If I missed it, please provide a reference. Our local mailing contractor always had the ability to know the lot owner from return envelope. This is an absolute requirement. Getting on the paranoia train, seems like a local person might have more interest in how Amy Peck voted than some guy in Washington State. |
