My ballot has still not been received.  Minor hiccups?  Can you or anyone explain why the ballots have not been received in a timely manner?  This is the third election cycle in a row where there have been "minor hiccups".  While I am sure the election committee has worked hard the actual product of their work has not been a case study in restoring confidence.  Also, what was the reason for including a name on a return envelope?  While I don't spend my time conjuring up conspiracy theories, it certainly doesn't help instill confidence/integrity of the vote.  It will be interesting to see the final vote count.  Assuming I receive my ballot tomorrow, the 26th, and I return the ballot in the mail the 27th...will it arrive by the 8th of August?  My guess is that no one would make those assurances...see the problem??
