The work scope provided by Election Trust lists the 348 square food office on Bainbridge Island as the location and where the zoom meeting will take place.
A property number is different then having my name on the envelope. There is no reason whatsoever to have my name on the envelope unless you want to make it easier to lose my envelope or mark it late. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Return ballots have always contained an identifier, otherwise no way to prevent multiple ballots from one property. The mailing contractor always knew who was voting, and could always see how the lot voted. However, this is first time I recall the lot owner name being on the return envelope. This election will take place, but the process implemented by the Committee certainly does nothing to restore trust in the process. The opposite, actually. As a part of observing and supervising the vote count, perhaps the Election Committee should insist no envelopes be opened until it is done online and observable. Does anyone know the exact physical location where the counting will take place? |
