It is virtually impossible for all members to be on the eBlast list. It is not even maintained by OPA. It is a marketing tool.
I asked Mr. Bright for his interpretation of the HOA Act in regard to notifications. Perhaps he will respond. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am on the eblast list, but I don't always read it. And my guess is that not all members are on that list. I would prefer that any official business be sent via a separate email or USPS mail. |
