I don't understand how that can be official notification when the property owner list shows that many property owners have no email on file. Also, the email blast email is not considered the "official" email. On top of that, the first email blast had mistakenly had the old date on it. How does this comply with the by-laws? I will be interested in that response. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have my email on file, received notice that my ballot was received but as of 12:50 PM 8/15 nothing about the meeting. I am being told the recent eBlast containing the new location, date, and time is now the "official" notification. Does not seem like it should be done that way and I am seeking further info. |
