| I am on the eblast list, but I don't always read it. And my guess is that not all members are on that list. I would prefer that any official business be sent via a separate email or USPS mail. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I have my email on file, received notice that my ballot was received but as of 12:50 PM 8/15 nothing about the meeting. I am being told the recent eBlast containing the new location, date, and time is now the "official" notification. Does not seem like it should be done that way and I am seeking further info. |
