For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: A dedicated room to be used once a month for meetings where attendance is going down ...not up??? Younger and newly retired homeowners are used to attending meetings virtually which will decrease the need to have a room with bench style seating that will get used 12 times a year. We've never needed a large dedicated boardroom.before so I question why we need it now. |
