Your standard response to resolution provisions.
Indeed, ever since they were rewritten perhaps 15 years ago.
If history tells us anything, resolutions are guidelines, or suggestions, only followed until they get in the way of what some board majority wants do. Let’s not even get into presidents signing loan for a million dollars or signing contracts with private entities without specific board approval. Or a board approving construction of a Crafts building in Whitehorse Park via a non-unanimous email vote. All these things and much more happened with no repercussions. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In a resolution? If so, then rather meaningless. The board can change any time it chooses. Your standard response to resolution provisions. It is Section 8.03 that establishes specific reserve provisions to be in a resolution. Section 8.03 requires that F-03 specify policy for use of the funds. Shall we call an amendment to accommodate a new Board "room" situational policy? Jim Trummel
