Your standard response to resolution provisions. It is Section 8.03 that establishes specific reserve provisions to be in a resolution. Section 8.03 requires that F-03 specify policy for use of the funds. Shall we call an amendment to accommodate a new Board "room" situational policy? Jim Trummel
