The BOD liaison may or may not relay communications accurately.
If that is seen by the committee as a problem, the committee should discuss with the board, not badmouth everyone in sight at a committee meeting. Members serve at the pleasure of the board - period. what took place at that ENAC meeting should cause the board to fire them all or dump the committee. Committee members have been forced to resign or apologize for far less. In my view Peck knew exactly what he was doing and that was making a political statement In opposition to the board. One committee member even mentioned how the election might change things. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don’t believe anyone “expects” to talk to employees, but there are times when the employees are the only ones that can answer certain questions about whatever problem the committee is working on. My point was the way this gets accomplished does give rise to understandable frustration. The BOD liaison may or may not relay communications accurately. |
