Looks like the cables will indeed come ashore in Delaware, as they're using the wording: "Once operational, the project could generate more than 2 gigawatts of clean energy for the Delmarva Peninsula"
And the Delmarva Peninsula includes Maryland as I recall. There was never any plan to bring the cables ashore in Maryland, so not sure why you focused on that. Were you hoping to see a new power plant in West Ocean City?
