John, board members make stuff happen. Association members pay for what the board makes happen, whether they agree with the board's action or not. In the case of a referendum issue, the same holds except then not all association members agree, but all still will pay if passed,

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If there is going to a plaque there should only be one plaque. It should read "To all the unsung Heroes that made it happen". If that was the case of course then there would be no plaques. Just my humble opinion |
