For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack, in my view these millions proposed on widening Route 90 are essentially to replace a long narrow parking lot at the entrance to OC with a wider, somewhat shorter, parking lot. OC and the state make the case that perhaps four lanes are needed to evacuate in an emergency. |
