Smaller cans will be available is not true. Can continue to put trash bags out is not true. This appears to be a big blunder, in my opinion.
I agree. A major blunder, perhaps not intentional, but a blunder all the same. I am currently researching this issue and hope to have some commentary soom. Stay tuned. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No idea. It seems OP has been less than upfront and negligent in communicating on this whole issue.
