| I could do the same if I could handle a 30-gal. bag. I have one 13-gallon bag every two weeks. I don't recycle due to the size of the container, and I have very little that can be recycled. I do not trash food items and rinse anything that may cause an odor. It will take me three months to fill up that huge container. I guess the good of that is I will only have that burden three to four times a year. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe, I wait until I get 3 large double bagged trash bags in my garage and then I take them to the transfer station. That's garbage only because I recycle everything else at the Walmart lot. Several of my neighbors who live alone, as I do, put out a regular Walmart sized bag once a week. Of course, now they need to put their garbage in a large container. Joy |
