Tom, when someone speaks from the audience and does not go to a mic, no sound is picked up. If that is the case, it would have nothing to do with other technical issues Josh mentioned.
OPA needs a dedicated board room with a video system like the county uses. |

Is there any way to get transcript of what was omitted.?? Especially the lady who spoke for about three minutes, from markers 1:23 to 1:26 Thanks for whatever you can do to fill those blanks. Tom |
