For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Of further interest is Tom Stauss writes that his source (someone who knows someone) says the Board of Directors members attending the three-hour closed meeting when GM Viola revealed the results of the bids and the preferred/selected contractor, knew the name of the company selected. However, during the following public board meeting when the board voted unanimously to have the GM negotiate with that selected contractor, OPA President Stuart Lakernick stated categorically that the board members did NOT know the name of the selected contractor. Should association members believe Stauss' "someone who knows someone" or the OPA President? |
