Amazing how long this is getting dragged out, when everyone seems to already know.
Indeed. I heard the public announcement is delayed until the lawyers finish reviewing the contract. I’m guessing right after the first of the year. One thing is certain — two of the three companies that submitted proposals know they are not the one selected for contract negotiation. |
