| Don’t know how this can be stopped. I know people who rented extremely expensive homes in Florida. They were responsible people so no problems. The problem is kids renting less expensive homes. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here is the latest as reported in the OC Today-Dispatch from the OC Council regarding their efforts to control short term Airbnb type rentals. I can't remember the last time the OPA Board has even discussed the issue. If Ocean City does manage to stop these STRs guess where those renters will look next?
