Section 5: OPA Board Subject: Short Term Rentals Msg# 1217755

Here is the latest as reported in the OC Today-Dispatch from the OC Council regarding their efforts to control short term Airbnb type rentals. I can't remember the last time the OPA Board has even discussed the issue. If Ocean City does manage to stop these STRs guess where those renters will look next?
