My point is the decision is a operational decision to terminate. There isn't more to the story and actually its none of their business as to why someone was terminated.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It amazes me that certain residents in OPA try to insert themselves in personnel issues relating to staff. Not surprising at all. Some employees, especially those who interact with community members, develop close relationships. Many people in our community thought highly of Josh Davis and my be disappointed to see him gone. Human nature. HR 101.
