If you trip and fall on MY sidewalk MY insurance company must make you "whole", same thing for OP, if they require you to clean a ditch on THEIR property then they must bare responsibility for any injury! | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: On each lot, the rights-of-way and easement areas reserved by Declarant or dedicated to public utilities purposes shall be maintained continuously by the lot owner. The drainage ditch (easement) in the front of my lot is nearly all outside of my front lot line. For OPA to require me to maintain this drainage ditch, OPA has to take the position that I am responsible for maintaining property that belongs to OPA and not me. |
