Agreed Joe, there are many of our neighbors who could try a little harder and some just need to find a homesite elsewhere that has lower homeowner/community expectations This conversation/topic is an oldy but goody, it always ends with everybody saying “whatever” |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: to combat the terror being perpetrated on our owners? Terror? Sounds way, way over the top. This is, as a practical matter, a legal issue In interpretation of the DRs. I suggest you first talk to a lawyer and obtain an opinion prior to “combat.” From a personal standpoint, having nothing to do with the DRs, home values in this community would be greater if each lot kept the ditch clear on their property and cut their own lawn along the edge of the roads as we have done so for about 35 years. |
