This what I have sent to to one of the Board Members:
Elaine, I have attached Section 12C which is the correct Section for this issue. The ditch is part of the "private streets" and therefore,"The Association shall be responsible for ...repair and upkeep of the private streets ..." The Association needs to get a legal interpretation and not just wing it themselves. Harry I have just joined your Forum so not sure how this all works. Will learn the ropes quickly though. |
