Approval for the building. Originally they wanted to do repairs but the county rejected that. I remember the owner trying to convince the property owners on Pennington that back up to his property to just take his word regarding the building and trees and other storage. I spoke up at the meeting despite not being an owner yet. I asked the county that if they were to approve the variance, they had to sate that there would be no RV storage there and the owner kind of threw a fit but the county threw that in.
His attorney tried to belittle me stating that all the owner had to do was build a house on the property and he could put any garage he wanted to. So I recommended he build a house and their attorney basically told me to f off. It was my first experience firsthand to see that our county is on the take. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The property off Five-L Drive. So, what did the Commissioners give Fiori? A change in zoning, or what? Why do you say he should not have been given the permit? What is the building to be used for? Sales? Just storage? |
