| I need to correct incorrect information I posted earlier. I posted that Bayside Jet Drive had a storage facility adjacent to Pennington Commons. The facility is owned by Odyssea Jet & Prop Shop, not Bayside Jet Drive (owned by Fiori). I apologize for the misinformation. Sorry about that. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Approval for the building. Originally they wanted to do repairs but the county rejected that. I remember the owner trying to convince the property owners on Pennington that back up to his property to just take his word regarding the building and trees and other storage. I spoke up at the meeting despite not being an owner yet. I asked the county that if they were to approve the variance, they had to sate that there would be no RV storage there and the owner kind of threw a fit but the county threw that in. His attorney tried to belittle me stating that all the owner had to do was build a house on the property and he could put any garage he wanted to. So I recommended he build a house and their attorney basically told me to f off. It was my first experience firsthand to see that our county is on the take. |
