I am no lawyer but suspect ACE has no legal recourse here that would result in ACE receiving damages or whatever.

ACE had reason to be upset. However, Gulyas' letter, send to all local media outlets, was over the top in my view. ACE may have burned every bridge for future OPA-related printing or other work for possibly years to come.

I will also say this --  ACE, after the board meeting, and the Board of Directors, prior to the board meeting, could have used the advice of a good public relations person/s.
