We already know there are no penalties to Blades if they don't deliver the building on time. I thought Blades had 1 year to complete. Why write a deadline into the contract if there are no penalties? ARe you saying there is no deadline and/or penalties for failure to meet it? Can anyone confirm what you state? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The amount of any penalty would depend on when a cancellation is done. It would also depend upon what is written in the contract. We already know there are no penalties to Blades if they don't deliver the building on time. |
