Why write a deadline into the contract if there are no penalties? At the town hall meeting on Saturday the question was ask once or twice. Dan and others said there was no penalty written into the contract should Blades not complete the job within 365 days. Unless Dan, Glenn and Tom are honestly mistaken, that is the way everyone in the audience understood it. The question was ask and commented on a few times. One can hear it for themselves in the video. One member of the audience ask when or where he could read a copy of the contract. Dan commented since the contract wasn't completed, I guess he meant as in the building is not built, nobody can see the contract. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We already know there are no penalties to Blades if they don't deliver the building on time. I thought Blades had 1 year to complete. Why write a deadline into the contract if there are no penalties? ARe you saying there is no deadline and/or penalties for failure to meet it? Can anyone confirm what you state? |
