Guys, I only check the facts and am only concerned with stopping purposeful or non purposeful misinformation or spin. As far as your other questions, I do no see any thing that puts us in a negative or costly position. There is no extra or special assessment. This is a statement of the facts as I know them. No more no less. If there is a change in direction this is probably the best time since we still have not physically started. We are where we, and we should not play the blame game between residents. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There is no special assessment in the works,nor has been for the residents/owners if they choose to go to referendum regarding the community center. The question, as hard as it may be to get a straight answer, is simple. If the Community Center project is cancelled are there any costs associated with the project up to that point that must be paid by OPA? If so where will the money come from? |
