.....possibly Mr. Olson will adhere to Maryland law - if others are correct in stating that the contracts should be available. A lot of people are saying the right thing to do is to make the contracts available but apparently BOD is saying they don't have to make the contracts public because of MHAA. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I still am pursuing the contracts. At the 11/4 town meeting Dan promised he would get back to me to let me know where I could review the contracts (where was my question, not if). Since the GM is the OPA contracting officer that is where the contracts should be. Now that the GM is not also the president of the board possibly Mr. Olson will adhere to Maryland law - if others are correct in stating that the contracts should be available. dpg
