For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, If you believe you are going to get the required signatures for a referendum I highly recommend that you start gathering the FACTS on what STOPPING the CC will actually cost if a new referendum fails. I can see that it will be a battle of spending A LOT of MONEY and getting nothing or spending A LOT of MONEY and getting something. If the lot owners have any sense STOP will be STOPPED and we will have something for our $$. The best option for all concerned is for STOP to STOP NOW. No I am not signing the petition. dpg
