it simply deletes the quoted line from the policy resolution which established the major maintenance reserve account in order that the policy will reflect the current practice. I believe Gene is suggesting current practice is wrong, and you should not be finalizing it but correcting it to return to the process in place for nearly all of OPA's existence. |
