Don't bet on that! It might be time to consider a compromise. I would think that once a project is underway there should be a time limit requirement in submitting a new referendum whose purpose is to stop a project. If not, there would be nothing to prevent a stop referendum being submitted on a project at a 90% plus completion stage. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Rick: Don't bet on that! This is not about Dan, it's about a referendum that just barely passed even after a very controversial marketing campaign. The project is now 38% over budget, and not going to be done anywhere near the time frame promised. Marty |
