I presume you mean $400,000-500,000?!!  Are you serious?  I'd strongly suggest you do some homework. 

A gym is included in the proposed center.  Meeting rooms comprised a small percentage of the building.  From the prospectus's preliminary drawing, all 4 meeting rooms could easily fit within the confines of the one large multi-purpose room or the gym.  Consequently, it would appear that meeting space comprises about 15-20% of the initially proposed space.

STOP is apparently trying hard to get non-resident signatures.  My guess is that they are easier to persuade because they don't know as much about what is happening here.  Case in point.
