For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, Adding the proceeds from any sale of land is intellectually dishonest. You never include the sale proceeds in your calculation of the community center cost per member. Hypocrisy. You just speak to the cost of ending the project NOW. The problem is, it can't end now and those costs you estimate are only going to go up. But why speak to this also? It's convenient to forget the whole truth. Your side is being as unrealistic as the other and it seems that your end justifies your means. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss. |
