For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, why do you include the revenues from lot sales in your project stoppage numbers but leave them out of your posting of completed project numbers? And why leave out the 589 sale? Do you agree that the earliest likely date for a referendum vote is mid-February? Do you really believe Blades will only have $700K in the project by mid-February? What about all of the site prep costs between now and the vote? The $193K to date figure was a September closing number delivered at the October Board meeting and its now mid-November. That figure is not correct today, let alone in mid-February. Why do you assume that if construction is stopped that real estate sales would continue? Bill Z |
