For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The 29,000 SF is not changeable at this point. It does include a gym. However, if you really are willing to spend in the $400 million range, I'm sure we could have a much more elaborate structure. For that kind of money we could put a dome over the entire South Gate pond area and have winter boating and fishing indoors; bowling alleys, a movie theater, three or four gyms; etc. |
