Joe, Dan Stachurski have expressed confidence the sale of the commercial properties and the interior lots will cover the costs of the Community Center at $5.4 million. Obviously that cannot be verified at this point. It goes like this, " I have every confidence that.""......... It's one of those key phases that when I hear it, a big RED FLAG goes up, cause it usually means,I have nothing to back it up with but if I use this phase people will believe it. Go back and review the statements that have started like that. You will be amazed. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Where is the extra money comming from that is over budget? The board president and Dan Stachurski have expressed confidence the sale of the commercial properties and the interior lots will cover the costs of the Community Center at $5.4 million. Obviously that cannot be verified at this point. The swimming pool cover that wasn't in the budget. The pool cover? etc.? Are we covering two pools?
