this project has left such a bad taste in property owners mouths, my guess is the next attempt will be so far in the future that you and the rest of us will be pushing up daisies. I agree. I won't happen. OPA should stock up on heavy grade plastic with which to enclose all open spaces to be used for gatherings.The Pavillion at White Horse Park, the gazebo at the Swim and Racquet Club, and the open porches at the Yacht Club will look lovely "tented for winter use". For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: ....but I feel if this community center project is dumped yet another attempt will be a long time coming. I agree. Since the referendum only passed by 214 votes and this project has left such a bad taste in property owners mouths, my guess is the next attempt will be so far in the future that you and the rest of us will be pushing up daisies. |
