I have no idea if Steen conspired with the executive director of ESBIA to have a signature forged to perpetrate a hoax. Nor do you.  Yet your innuendo clearly makes that charge.

Nobody but you has used the word conspiracy.  Nobody but you has suggested that the conspiracy now includes the executive director of ESBIA and Steen.

This thread began with someone referring to the letter as a hoax.  It then got expanded to forgery and you have now taken it to a new level by labeling it a conspiracy, perhaps on a grand scale.
