To make the matter worse is the fact that they, the board, would not have even sent that letter if not for S. T. O. P.. One could speculate that the reason, or one of the reasons, the contract is not being made public is because it would be discovered that the doomsday penalties which are being thrown for STOPping the project at this stage are not included in the contract, thus making the BOD side of this discussion or argument without merit. Too many unnecessary secrets. |

T. O. P. appreciates the boards assistance by sending the letter. I have personally had 19 signed petition cards handed to me this morning and received requests for another 32. Marty |
